Who are the culprits and why do I think the people vandalise?

The people who vandalises are usually teenagers, terrorists or protesters.

Why them? As you know, teenagers like us have a lot of stress. so the might vandalise because he or she have a grudge against the owner or maybe he or she wants to de-stress themselves by vandalising.

Terrorists, on the other hand, might do it because they want to destroy the property of the the country he rebels against.

Protesters, you know what they do, they want the president, for example, to step down and let another person to become president because he is not very good at being president. So, the protesters vandalises and force the president to step down.
